GoToCayman.com Wiki - guidelines

I'm not a legal expert, but I think this is a common sense approach: Don't just cut and paste contents from another site as you may be breaking copyright. However, if the item is from a press release, then by it's nature it is in the public domain and can be copied. If a news report includes quotes from a spokesperson, these can be copied.

I suggest that private e-mail addresses should use a format of name_at_domain_dot_com so that is is harder for them to be automatically harvested.
